Outsides Sales Representative - USA
Location: Central North Region (WI, IA, NE, MN, ND, SD, WY)
Overview
SP Apparel, a leader in custom uniforms and teamwear, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage accounts and grow business within his assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with retailers, team dealers and organizations while driving sales growth.
As part of its long-term vision, SP Apparel is expanding its product offering in 2026 to include additional sports uniforms categories such as Baseball, Lacrosse, Volleyball and others - creating exciting opportunities for growth and diversification.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developping new business opportunities;
- Present SP Apparel's product line and customization options to clients;
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales activity records;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction;
- Provide market feedback on trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development in sports (hockey industry preferred);
- Knowledge of hockey and custom uniform programs preferred;
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, organized and able to travel within the assigned territory;
- Valid driver's license required.
