JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Under the authority of the Director of Product Development, the Decorative Elements Development Project Coordinator is responsible for the design, monitoring, and implementation of visual and aesthetic components intended to enhance new products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop graphic elements (logos, patches, patterns) for our products;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, development, and operations) to ensure smooth workflows and on-time delivery;
  • Work with external partners (suppliers, printers, embroiderers) to ensure design feasibility and quality;
  • Prepare technical files and oversee sample development through to final production;
  • Supervise the creation of samples for internal development purposes;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
  • Approve samples developed both internally and externally;
  • Handle approvals with third parties, when required;
  • Research, analyzed, and compare potential suppliers and provide relevant information to the development department;
  • Conduct research on graphic and sports trends to propose innovative concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in graphic design or other relevant training;
  • One year of experience in graphic design;
  • Proficiency in Illustrator (Adobe Suite);
  • Experience in the promotional apparel industry;
  • Experience in embroidery (a strong asset or requirement);
  • Autonomy and initiative;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and creativity;
  • Ability to manage time effectively;
  • Rigor and versatility.
